General Council needs you!
General Council (Woodcraft Folk's Board of Trustees) is made up of members like you, elected by members like you. At Annual Gathering (22-24 June), we'll be electing two members of General Council in the 16-24 category and five members of any age. If you'd like to find out more about being on General Council, please email nominations@woodcraft.org.uk and we can put you in touch with a current GC member for a chat.

Last weekend new and existing members of GC met for the first time at our Cudham Centre to discuss all things Woodcraft. This was their first meeting since our AGM so part of the main business was to elect a Chair and other keys roles within GC.

General Council Meeting Update
Our board of Trustee also known as General Council met last weekend to discuss all things Woodcraft Folk. General council's main responsibilities are to help set and fulfil the main aims of the organisation, make sure we've enough money to do what we want, set policies, employ staff and ensure we met all our legal obligations as a registered charity.
